Background Catfish caught on GREEK WORMS on Greenwood lake!

Our worms are currently growing and multiplying! Check back often to see when they'll be ready!

Below is our progress for our worms and offerings!

    GREEK ATHENIANS! / 97%

GREEK ATHENIANS are European Night Crawlers, Dendrobaena Venetia. They are a premier bait worm for anglers for a bunch of reasons. Their tough skin make the fish work your bait harder which gives you a better chance of hooking the monster! They’ll work in fresh and salt water environments, and will stay alive longer on the hook! They do not need to be refrigerated like their Canadian cousins, and have a higher tolerance of temperatures – both lower and higher! These guys win!

    GREEK NUKES! / 100%

GREEK NUKES are GREEK ATHENIANS in war time NUKE GREEN colors. If you absolutely need to catch a fish, THIS is your answer. Their scent will cloud the water with a green cloud of fish attraction. If there is ANY fish in the neighborhood that’s remotely hungry, watch out! They’ll be on your hook in short order! Perfect for first time kids who are bored with fishing due to no action. You WANT these in your arsenal. They’re a sure WIN, and they’ll be ready to ROCK come Spring, 2022!

    GREEK AFRICANS! / 5%

GREEK AFRICANS is the African Nightcrawler, Eudrilus Eugeniae. They are our latest addition to the GREEK WORMS family, but aren’t quite ready for prime time just yet. They have a purple hue, and can become quite large! They are much longer than their European cousins and probably about the same width, but they like to be kept a bit warmer. Lower temperatures will kill them. Their skin isn’t as tough as their cousin’s either, but if you are cat fishing, these could be a nice solution on a hot summer night. Aside from being bait, GREEK AFRICANS are excellent composters, eating 1.5 times their body weight in food scraps every day!

    GREEK SPARTANS! / 96%

GREEK SPARTANS is the Red Wiggler, Eisenia Fetida. These little worms aren’t used to bait, but can certainly be used as a food source for Tropical Fish! And because they will consume a lot of organic material, they are extremely nutritious for your tropical fish! These little guys are at the heart of our composting and organics! Easy to care for, these worms bring nutrition to all of your soils and gardens. They are responsible for our “Small Batch Indoor House Plant Vermicompost Soil Amendment 2lb High Concentrate” product on eBay! If you want to supercharge your gardens and houseplants, this is your answer, hands down!

Greek Worm Castings (Pure GREEK Goodness)! / 100%

GREEK WORMS VERMICOMPOST is a living soil. Live microorganisms are now part of the biology of vermicompost. There, a symbiotic relationship will occur with your plants. Your plant will deliver carbs, sugars, and proteins to its roots to attract good bacteria and fungi in exchange for nutrition. Meanwhile, the living organisms in exchange for their food will deliver the appropriate nutrition back to the plant! This is nature’s way of biologically taking care of each house plant that you have! Plants can’t gather this nutrition without the help of these little bio animals. But using vermicompost allows this function to endlessly happen moving forward.
